Edmund K. Waller, MD, PhD, FACP, is board certified in hematology, medical oncology and internal medicine. Dr. Waller is a practicing physician with Emory Healthcare since 1995. He specializes in bone marrow transplants for acute leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, myeloproliferative neoplasms, lymphoma, aplastic anemia, sickle cell disease and in the management of graft-versus-host disease (GVHD).

Richard Ganz is a life sciences executive with over thirty years of experience in multinational pharma/device companies and venture-backed startups. He spent the first twenty years of his career at Abbott Laboratories, holding various positions in Sales, Marketing and General Management. His last position was Vice President and General Manager, Vascular Medicine. He joined Baxter Healthcare in 2001 as President, Renal North America.
Anish S. Majumdar, PhD, CSO

Anish Majumdar, PhD, is the Vice President Research & Development of Cambium Oncology. Over the last 25 years, Dr. Majumdar’s research and product development focus has been centered around discovering novel biologics with anti-cancer and tissue regeneration potential. He has extensive experience in developing POC for early-stage scientific discoveries.
Taofeek Owonikoko, MD, PhD, MSCR
Treasurer, Founder, Director
Taofeek Owonikoko, MD, PhD, MSCR, is a Professor in the Department of Hematology and Medical Oncology at Emory University School of Medicine. A board-certified medical oncologist, Dr. Owonikoko specializes in the treatment of lung cancer, thyroid cancer and other cancers of the aerodigestive tract.
External Management Consultant
Doug currently serves as a Business Advisor and Technical Specialist with Knowles Intellectual Property Strategies (KIPS) in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, Doug participates in strategy development, U.S. and international patent prosecution, licensing, patentability and freedom to operate analysis and transactional due diligence.
John Roback MD, PhD
Dr. Roback is currently a tenured Professor in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, Director of the Emory Center for Transfusion and Cellular Therapies, Director of the Emory University Hospital Blood Bank, and Director of the Stem Cell Processing Laboratory at Emory University Hospital, Vice-Chair of Clinical Pathology, and Medical Director of Emory Medical Laboratories.
Susan Napier Thomas PhD
Susan Napier Thomas, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor with tenure of Mechanical Engineering in the Parker H. Petit Institute of Bioengineering and Bioscience at the Georgia Institute of Technology where she holds adjunct appointments in Biomedical Engineering and Biological Science and is a member of the Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University.
Terence A. (Terry) Walts, MBA
Terry currently serves as President, CEO of Cambium Medical Technologies LLC, a start-up out of Emory University developing proprietary platelet-derived biologics for certain therapeutic applications including chronic dry eye. Additionally, he currently serves as consultant and Director of Cambium Oncology LLC, a company he helped found in early 2018. From 2006-16 he served as President and CEO of 3Ti, LLC.
